Governance & Organisational Structure
Royal GD is an independent and market-oriented Dutch company, headquartered in Deventer and active on the international market. With approximately four hundred employees, we work every day to improve the health of livestock and companion animals. We do this in collaboration with animal owners, veterinary practices, governments, and businesses.
The executive board of Royal GD consists of:

Royal GD is part of the GD Group
GD Group was established in 2021 and is the parent company of Royal GD, Van Haeringen Group, and other companies. The mission of GD Group is to ‘provide insight into animal health’ by obtaining data, transforming that data into information, and using that information to offer actionable items and practical applications for animal owners and society. The companies within the group are driven by a passion to improve animal health and welfare through dedication, innovation, and the continuous improvement of their performance.
