Shipping

All Diagnostics are delivered CPT (Incoterms 2010). The customer is responsible for supplying required import permits that should accompany the order, as well as full shipping instructions, the purchaser‘s name, purchase number, full street address (no PO box number), fax number, telephone number and VAT number.

For shipping Diagnostics within the EU, you can choose either priority mail or express courier. We strongly advise you to use express courier to enable tracking & tracing of the package. For shipping Diagnostics outside the EU, express courier will be used.

All orders amounting more than € 1.000 will be shipped via express courier. If you would like to select a courier or delivery service of your own choice, please let us know in advance via diagnostics@gdanimalhealth.com. Please note that the costs will then of course differ from the standardised prices.

Prices & terms of payment

Please contact our Diagnostics sales team for information about prices or if you would like to receive a quotation via diagnostics@gdanimalhealth.com. All prices are in euros, excluding VAT, and are subject to change without notice. Please note that VAT will be charged at current Dutch rates to all EU customers who do not specify a VAT number when ordering. The prices charged will be those prevailing at the time of dispatch of your order. Payment is due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. GD reserves the right in respect of any order to clear payment before dispatch of the Diagnostics.

Please state your payment identification number when making the transfer. Unless otherwise stated, and agreed in writing, the title and property of the goods will not pass to the customer until GD has received full payment. All prices are exclusive of shipment costs, all taxes, import duties, tariffs, levies and assessments. The customer is responsible for the payment of extra costs imposed on the Diagnostics during the import process.

Certificate of Origin

We are able to provide a Certificate of Origin for your order. The application for the certificate will take approximately five working days and the costs for the certificate will be charged to the customer. If you would like us to provide a certificate of origin, please send your request to diagnostics@gdanimalhealth.com when placing your order.
