Royal GD is doing a research project commissioned by the European Medicines Agency (EMA)*. The objective of the study is to increase knowledge regarding the occurrence of aspergillosis, the use of azoles in veterinary medicine and azole resistance in Aspergillus spp. isolates from animals in Europe. As we previously mentioned, information is collected by means of a literature review and through a questionnaire shared with experts and data providers throughout Europe.
