Infectious bronchitis virus (IBV)

Molecular Characterization of Infectious Bronchitis Virus, with a focus on local strains, like 793/B-type, LX-4 (QX), TW-type, LDT3-type, TC07-2type.
Theory of protection against IBV (immunology), with a focus on vaccination strategies including local IBV strains protection.

Infectious Bursal Disease (IBD)

Serotype I IBDV strains: varying antigenicity and pathogenicity (classical, variant, and very virulent IBDV), including genotype classification.
Theory of risk of antigenic drift, including clinical signs of 'drift strains'.

Salmonella (zoonotic)

Risk factors of a salmonella infection in poultry, with diagnostic test to demonstrate Salmonella spp. in poultry.
